The Notting Hill Housing Trust grows by 72 per cent

The Notting Hill Housing Trust has acquired 3 new housing associations so far this year, namely Croydon Peoples, Presentation and Pathway Housing Associations. This has grown Notting Hill's asset base to a massive £2.1 billion as per a report published by the Tenant Services Authority.

However the TSA were recently quoted as saying that tenant satisfaction levels in Notting Hill were "disappointing" with overall service levels around 58%.

The Notting Hill Housing Trust, as a result of the acquisitions, now becomes one of the largest housing associations in the South-East managing or owning approximately 25,000 homes.

The TSA expects Notting Hill to be facing 2 enormous tasks now, the first being able to integrate it's new members and the second to improve on it's overall customer satisfaction percentage.
