Vince Power opens a new bar in Notting Hill, called Liquid Nation under Ladbroke Grove’s Westway, in the former location of the Ion Bar. The interior has been decorated by art students, the downstairs bar is made up of colourful cassette tapes, and the upstairs terrace is laid with reclaimed furniture painted bright pink.
